CONSISTENCY: Can Villa maintain decent form starting against Leicester?
Dean Smith's Aston Villa have struggled to perform with consistency in recent weeks.
Three wins in their last seven has dampened an otherwise excellent campaign so far.
The relegation battle of last season has been wiped from memory as the Villa Park outfit sit eighth in the league.
However, a European push has been somewhat derailed with a slight purple patch in recent weeks.
Defeats to Burnley and West Ham United, as well as a draw with Brighton & Hove Albion, have impacted their chances.
Aston Villa fan Dom says that Brighton could have arguably beaten them had it not been for "the best keeper in the league" Emiliano Martinez.
Martinez has been a consistently good performer for the side since joining in the summer.
He's kept 12 clean sheets in 22 league games - a Premier League record for Villa.
Do the double
Aston Villa haven't beaten Leicester City twice in a season since 2003-04 but could change that this season.
That's after Villa won the return fixture 1-0 thanks to a 91st-minute goal from Ross Barkley.
However, the Foxes did thump Smith's team 4-1 at Villa Park last season.
Leicester have lost just one Premier League away game so far this campaign though.
The odds seem to be stacked against Villa as well, seen as they have won only one game in their last 20 against teams who started the day in the top three.
No prizes for guessing who that was against...
Difficult game if Villa's consistency issues remain
Villa fan Dom says this could be a tough test for them against a "top, top side".
"It's going to be a difficult game. We've been struggling for consistency recently," he said.
"We could see this as an opportunity to gain some consistency, but I don't want to ask for too much considering how good Leicester are.
"I'm going to say it might be a narrow Villa defeat."
Villa take on Leicester City on Saturday afternoon with all Premier League games remaining live on TV until government guidance changes.
