LOCAL UPDATE: Police & Crime Commissioner predicts ‘a tidal wave of violence’
West Midlands Police have seized drugs with a street value of around £20,000 following a warrant served in Coventry on Wednesday morning.
Officers targeted a County Line linked to child exploitation.
A 27-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of possessing drugs with intent to supply.
Police have launched an appeal to trace two people following a fatal hit and run collision in Tipton last month. Darren Whitehouse, aged 43, was struck by a car in St Mark's Road at about 1.40pm on Saturday, 27 February and despite the best efforts of the officers and paramedics, he was later pronounced dead a short time later.
