PERFECT PLACES: Bournville and Stirchley named in the Sunday Times annual list of best places to live
Bournville and Stirchley named in the Sunday Times annual list of best places to live, with another six areas of the West Midlands also named.
Bournville and Stirchley named as best places to live in the Sunday Times annual list, with another four areas of the West Midlands named.
The two parts of Birmingham were commended by a panel of expert judges in the 2021 list which was published on the 26th March. Bournville was praised for being 'leafy, tranquil and historic' and Stirchley was described as 'an exciting up-and-coming area'. The top spot in the UK was taken by Stroud in Gloucestershire.
The factors considered by the judges included things like air quality, schools and transport. The other four areas in the West Midlands on the list were Church Stretton, Stratford-upon-Avon, Ilmington and Earlsdon.
