Birmingham’s Line of Duty star wants a new series & Overturned horsebox causes chaos on the M6
Birmingham born actor Nigel Boyle has said he would love there to be another Line of Duty series after he played a key role in the season six finale which attracted a record 12.8 million viewers. On ITV's This Morning he said, "We're all fans of the show as well. Of course we want another one."
Next, drivers were faced with hours of delays on the M6 on Tuesday after a horse box overturned. The incident happened between Junction eight to Junction seven for Great Barr and caused eight point eight miles of traffic back to Junction eleven.
Finally, Sandwell Council are to be asked to approve a new development for a site in London Street in Smethwick. Shops, bars, restaurants and over two hundred apartments will be built next to the Midland Metropolitan University Hospital if it were to go through but it is in doubt as it is believed it would encourage more car use.
