BOOZY PIZZA: The Margarita, Margarita Pizza
Monday is National Margarita Day and Crazy Pedro’s in Liverpool and also in Manchester are teaming up with Jose Cuervo to create the world’s first boozy pizza dubbed ‘The Margarita, Margarita’.
The pizza includes dough fermented in tequila for over 24-hours and a tomato sauce marinated in triple sec, salt, garlic and tequila. It is topped-off with finely grated Parmesan, buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil leaves, sea salt and lime wedges.
