The finale of The Voice UK 2021 took place on ITV on Saturday 20 March 2021 and viewers voted Craig Eddie to be crowned champion of the tenth series of the iconic music show.

Winning Coach Anne-Marie mentored Craig Eddie, 23 years old from Falkirk in Scotland to win the coveted prize of the winner of The Voice UK 2021, along with a recording contract with Polydor.

Anne-Marie coached Craig to the win, earning her her very first crown in her very first season as a Coach on The Voice UK.

Craig Eddie said: “I’m shocked. Thank you to everyone, thank you to Scotland. Thank you to everyone who voted. Thank you to Anne-Marie for believing in me and taking me to this point. Genuinely I can not express my feeling of gratitude enough.”

Anne-Marie said on the show: “I love you Craig. You are a proper artist. You've blossomed. You are the real deal. And I just want to say thank you for making my first show so special.”

His original song Come Waste My Time reached number 1 on the iTunes charts after his winning performance!

This series saw Sir Tom Jones, and Olly Murs joined by new Coach Anne-Marie in the hunt for the next singing sensation. Due to COVID restrictions, the final was filmed live in front of a virtual audience and the public voted to decide which act would scoop the sought after prize.

The public voted Grace Holden and Craig Eddie through to sing for one last time. With Grace, an 18 year old theatre teacher singing Dream Catch Me and Craig Eddie singing Come Waste My Time – their respective winners singles – the public made their final decision of the night and voted Craig Eddie as the winner of The Voice UK 2021 – meaning that Anne-Marie takes the crown as winning Coach in her first ever series.
